It was a long time ago on this board when it was first announced that Mickey was going to die. They said that Maggie would go back to drinking and have a accident with one of Sami's children in the car. I think it was to be Will.

Now that you mention it that sounds familiar. But I don't remember a source of that spoiler being given. I think it was a rumor or someone speculating.

I am probably in the minority here but the first thought that came to mind when I read this spoiler is "so what?" Another illness of the month for Salemites. We can all count on the writers not to do their research and a$$ this one up too. I can think of numerous other storylines for Maggie besides something like this. Big Whoop!

i think i saw a spoiler in there....something about melanie getting shot? could that be the act of violence from a previous spoiler and the whole being in the hospital recovering and getting closer to nathan?

Come March, her character, Maggie Horton, will be diagnosed with myasthenia gravis, a treatable but incurable neuromuscular disease that Rogers—a former Radio City Rockette—contracted in real life back in the mid-1980s. At the time, Days also gave the disease to Maggie to explain Rogers’ shocking appearance, which included considerable weight gain and facial bloating due to her medication. Rogers has been in remission for several years. The same goes for Maggie—until now
