Hey Sunny. I meant to ask, how did your Bishop's visit go??

Thanks. We will have a potluck dinner, so that will be nice.

The week the Bishop visits is always stressful! We just had ours two weeks ago (and it was a new Assistant Bishop who started in January). We do Rite II all the time at our 10:30 am service, the 8 am service is Rite I. Though I'm used to Rite II, I love the language in Rite I. I'm sure you'll do great! :-)

That's all so cool. I'm glad I know you. Our Diocesan Bishop comes for his annual visit this Sunday. I hope I play well. Rite II is always harder for me.

Hey Sunny. I am not on the Vestry anymore. Two years ago I completed a 4 year term. I was the Sr. Warden for two years as well. I do go to the Cathedral for special services on occasion. Our church participates in the annual acolyte festival in Sept every year. The last regular service I attended there was probably the installation of our Diocesan Bishop, Shannon Johnston in 2007. It's beautiful! You should try to come and visit it sometime! It's really big... :-)
My church usually averages 60-70 a Sunday.

I'm curious. Are you on your church vestry? Do you ever go to the Cathedral? Our little church only has 6 people sometimes. I would love to visit the Cathedral.
