I went to my eye doctor to get new glasses. He said I have "droopy lids" and sent me to a specialist.

I have had some swallowing problems and had my throat stretched last November. Eye specialist put two & two together and is sending me to KU medical center for evaluation as he suspects "oculopharyngeal dystrophy".

What I have found out about this is that it is a form of muscular dystrophy. Not sure yet when my KU med center appt. is; I should know this week.

So I need prayers to keep up my spirits and keep a positive attitude.

Thanks

Just a reminder to all who is reading this, nothing is impossible for our Lord to handle, and how important the prayers of the believers are. Perhaps it is a well known fact, but I know from the past in my life, God does answer prayer, and the more in number there are, and the more often we humble ourselves before God, and lay out our needs and wants before Him, the broader His Smile, and He is there for us... Have a wonderful Day, Look of Love.

God has assured us that He is there for us... You remain on my Prayer List.

Prayers for you.

Thanks for your continued prayers. I went to KU eye clinic on the 17th they sent me to Neurology on the 20th I went through a BUNCH of tests ,Lab , EMG and several muscle tests I still have to go for muscle biopsy and a swallow tests. Depending on the on results of swallow tests they are thinking of a feeding tube. Since I have such a hard time eating without choking, Dr. is concerned about aspiration.
Being the stubborn person I am I the feeding tube is LAST on my list.
I know God is with me through all this and I feel His presence.
Today Nov 22 (in Missouri) He sent me a sign of life! The fattest little Robin I have seen in long time ! :)
