This is kind of emotional for me. Nicole was probably THE reason I started watching the soap! I'll never forget that first episode back in June 2010, when she found Brady drunk and passed out on the pier, and then her later storylines with EJ. But as KathyLu said, she's been gone before, so hopefully like then, she'll be back.

She'll probably be back when the bank account runs dry. Though I am truly open to a recast this time of we must keep Nicole on canvas. Let's get someone in the role who is happy to be there and is a team player.

One can only hope. By the same token, I wish I had enough money to replenish Alison Sweeney's (ex-Sami Brady) account so she would NEVER have to come back to Salem.

I really loved Arianne Zucker (Nicole) from the beginning as I personally think she is a phenomenal and gifted actress. I appreciate her work a lot!! She really showcased the depth of Nicole's character over the years. Arianne was able to make Nicole, who was a very flawed and impulsive woman, into a woman you could root for. That to me is talent when you can change the viewers' opinion of your character.
Wishing Arianne Zucker all the best personally and in her professional career. She is a woman with so much potential and I personally cannot wait to see what she does next.
