Did Theo have an ornament as an honorary Horton? If he does, maybe Ciara and Claire fight over who will hang it on the tree and they get in a cat fight. Then BAM! It falls on the floor and breaks. :cry: Abe then takes it as a sign of more bad news to come.

By the way, not a fan of the way Abe is acting and where the JJ storyline is going. That is deep depression really fast! Imagine if he is exonerated and it comes out that Kate was involved. Boy will Abe have to swallow crow then! Can't wait to see that!

I agree, scrullyxx. I can empathize with Abe's hurt, pain and anger directed towards JJ initially however, I would think by this point, some clarity of the connections he and Theo have with the Hortons and especially given his friendship with Jennifer and how closely they worked together on his mayoral campaign, would start to take over.

I don't feel the writer's are doing Abe any justice with this storyline in his lack of forgiveness, yet, and not having Abe draw on his knowledge, experience and sensitive handling of potentially dangerous situations that police officers are put into on a daily basis. If anything, Abe should be drawing and remembering this.

I do think that Abe will eventually be in a place of forgiveness however it is taking too long for this to happen in my opinion.
 
Just read....on SoapOperaNews.......Nicole & Holly will be returning to Salem sometime between 12/22 & 12/25. (Since the 22 is a Friday, and the 25th on a Monday, ......sounds like she shows up PERHAPS at the end of the Fri. episode, and then we see her on Monday. And then maybe just one of those days. (short visit)

Also, starting dates for Louise Sorel (Vivian) & Tyler Christopher (Stefan) is Dec. 29th.

Never! We're all entitled to our opinions. I think the ceremony is wonderful and should be a reminder of Days past, so I dislike when the ceremony is co-opted by the writers' current darlings. I wouldn't mind people like Daniel getting an ornament if proper time was devoted to Hope's, Lucas's, Jennifer's, and Maggie's ornaments and their children's ornaments. Again, that is just my take. They have been "cheaping out" on the ceremony too much. One of my favourite moments from years past was when Jennifer and Lucas took a moment to mention that they had talked to "dad" that day.
 
I didn't think that Tyler Christopher's character's name had been released yet? It's only rumored to be Stefan isn't it?
 
A leaked script cover showed the name "Stefan" and I think people have just assumed it is the character being played by Tyler Christopher.

I'm happy to see Jack back for a bit, even if the circumstances are sad ones. JJ contemplating suicide is a terrible thing. I hope his family and friends rally around him and pull him out in time. I think the letters he writes will have a deep impact and they will see it as a cry for help. Giving him the support he needs and the strength to overcome this dark time.
 
Come on, bring back Jack!! Plenty of stories he could be involved in!
