Good morning all. Wish I was able to sleep at least til 6 a.m. but my tummy says otherwise. Hey, I don't have donuts, but DO have donut holes. They work! LOL Still dark here, of course, and about 1 above zero. Ahhh, the frozen north. Took my ice cube avatar away too soon.

Something funny. Had to see the doctor yesterday afternoon, and when I came out with the sheet to give to the desk person, she was chattering away to another gal back there about how "it doesn't end til 11 now since they changed it and I have to get to bed". She tells me "sorry, we were just chattering about our soap opera"...and I said.....Bet it was Days of Our Lives, and she gets shocked, told her I was a big fan. She has been watching since Julie was in high school, late 60s I guess. So, now I go get my coat (see, it is winter here, people wear coats, sweaters, scarves, etc. unlike Days) and I pass by, hearing her tell her friend how that was sooo funny that that lady also watches Days. Hahahaha. I had asked her if she wanted me to tell her what happened, but she said no, she tapes and watches when she gets home. But did comment about the look on brady's face when Ian said he was Madison's husband. LOL O.K. that is my little funny story for the day. Ya never know, do ya?

P.S. I sent Lovo all the birthday wishes from yesterday and she was tickled beyond, and so happy, grateful we all miss her. Cuz she really misses all of us.

Good Morning Sunny & Barb and Everyone. Well its cold here in the teens with wind chill of 8. We did not get any snow not even a dusting it did flurry but nothing on the ground. Oh well still have 4 more weeks of winter still could get some snow. Do not have any plans for the weekend. My hubby has to work at home this weekend on the computer so I know I will not get much time on the computer so I will read a good book and make a pot roast for dinner tonight.
Wishing everyone a nice weekend filled with blessings.

Thanks for the Donut holes, Barb.
Not to repeat what you said, but Lois just emailed me and asked me to thank everyone for the birthday wishes and that she misses you all terribly.
    Hi, Fran.

Good morning everyone. The weather people finally got it right......snow, snow, and more snow. That dang stuff is coming down so hard that I can't see my car in the driveway.

I have heart shaped cherry donuts to share! I got them at Giant Eagle's bakery department yesterday. No icing though...just regular glazed.

    Geez, I miss Lois.

Good morning! If you need me, I'll be in the kitchen baking and cooking. Jake is supposed to have a birthday party tomorrow, but I'm not sure with all the snow that is falling. I don't want to put it off AGAIN!

For some techy reason, this new site programming isn't working on her webtv. She worked with computers for years for her job, and doesn't want one now.

Good morning, everyone! Today is my mother-in-law's birthday, so I've been busy this morning making her a strawberry chiffon pie. We're having flurries here this morning, but nothing is supposed to stick. I'm surprised the hubby hasn't been called in to work yet, though. He works for the county & has to put the chains on the ambulances when it snows.

Sunny--I don't have any donuts, but Cheerios look like little donuts, so....help yourself :)

Poirot--I can't believe you're still having tummy troubles! Hope you get well soon so you can get some sleep. Cute story, by the way. You never know who you'll run into.

Fran--hope your weekend is filled with blessings as well!

RS--good luck with your snow. Thankfully we won't be getting that much.

Fudd--I hope you don't have to reschedule the birthday party!

Rew--you snuck in on me. What a man to bring you coffee in bed! Mine doesn't even know how to make the coffee!

Good morning. I'll pitch in a bag of donut holes and a few donuts with sprinkles on them. I already ate the cream-filled ones. Hubby, making up for a bout of bickering we had last night, went to the local donut shop this morning and to McDonalds for a Mocha Frappe. Nothing says "I'm sorry but I don't want to say the words" more than sweet breakfast food. He and Annabelle are off to see some relatives in Texas and pick up a trailer. Ava and I are just chillin' today in the chilly weather. 30s for highs but won't feel even that warm with the wind chills. Then we have a chance of rain/sleet/possible dusting of snow Sunday night/Monday morning. Well, Ava's trying to get my attention, so I'll be off. Have a great weekend everyone!

Good Morning everyone, happy to see all of you here and enjoying the first day of your Weekend. It"s 43ยบ this morning and probably won't get to much higher! We all are thinking that in the next few weeks we might have a little more snow even though the daffodils and Crocus are blooming now our trees are far from ready.

It should be a quiet day. Harry has a friend coming over to help him with a few jobs that are too heavy for him to do alone. He's 86 and still thinks he's 40 or 50. I'm about worn out from trying to stop him from doing something he thinks he can do and is physically unable to do anymore! He is a great guy and I love him to death and would like to keep him around for a little longer!:D
He is now allowing people to help him quite a lot, thank God!!
Hope you all have a great weekend!
    Hugs, Joan
