Hi folks, has rained all day, is still raining. temp dropped to 50 and has sat there. Yep, Just tooo cool for August, for sure.

Am back from town, the blood check went well. Have to take my son in tomorrow, which means have had to go to town every single days for 7 days in a row. Ugh. For someone who only usually goes maybe twice a week (including Sunday church, just toooooo much. tomorrow is something hubby usually takes care of, but claims he just cannot. I am definitely NOT a happy camper.

P.S. wrote the above at around 5 p.m. No idea why it did not post. Was sitting here, still un posted. Glad rain fell elsewhere for some of you.

I saw on tv a man being rescued from his truck from rushing water, by helicopter. He tried to take his skateboard with him but the rescue guy wasn't having any of it.

The guy was about to be swept away to an unknown fate and wanted his skateboard?

Most of you have probably seen the clips of this by now but it was a risky rescue too, with power lines closeby. Must have been one special skateboard. Ha ha!
