I was thinking that perhaps he could be hiding the fact that he's a doctor from people in the Midwest town so maybe we see him a bit before he gets to Salem. So that's why I thought Mike Horton.
 
Perhaps that site should change their headline...since they do not give an exact date, just a time period. Which is good to know, :)
