This is crazy, but what if Abby has Tate? I know she would not drug Theresa so this theory holds no water, but could have been interesting if it was written that way.

After watching the flashbacks Theresa had, I wonder if the butler oops nanny did it.
Someone close to Theresa had to drug the protein drink.

Maybe Anne? She is close to Theresa, But wait, no foreshadowing of this in the storyline.
