Kayla and Steve invited Austin and Carrie to the wedding. They're going home first
with Anna. I hope they come to the wedding with Noah so Roman can meet him.

Interesting to have Anna and Anne on the same day.

Nicole and Brady hugged again. Deimos saw them and his eyes were like daggers.
Will Brady be added to Deimos' hit list?

I'm glad we heard Stefano laugh when Anna was with him. Marlena gave him back the queen
and said checkmate. Then Rafe mentioned Sami and kids.

We shouldn't be surprised Stefano got away AGAIN.

 
To see Mr. Mascolo the actor one last time was very touching. (Not Stefano the character, as I thought he should have gone long, long ago). So was the message at the end. Bittersweet...

I won't comment too much on the show, otherwise I will end up saying I hate Chloe, I hate Belle, I hate this whole stupid storyline, I hate what the writers are doing to Nicole, etc. But I will say this :

- Nicole, dressed the way she is, her hair like that. Not very flattering. She does look like a mobster's wife. Reminded me of the 80's move "Married to the mob".

- And please, oh please, can they stop calling Nicole a "porn star" ? She was abused by her father, forced into porn, drugged. How horrible to see characters still using "porn star" to describe her. And Chloe, the ex-prostitute actually calls her that ? Enough ! :beat::angry:

Or even Tuesday. I agree, today's scene wasn't so bad. Still not jumping on that train, but didn't hate it.

I know I'm alone in this, but I wanted this NOT to be Stefano. Not just because of the idiocy of the "now Hope gets out of jail" idea, but because I've wanted him dead for awhile.

If they HAD to bring him back, then I wanted him to die peacefully - preferably while being told off. That could have propelled story. OR when he was cackling at Anna, I wanted him to say "Tony's alive" or something. But nothing.

Deimos, Brady, Chloe - please jump into a vat of acid. Nicole - recover your senses and raise Tate & Holly.

Loved the Shawn-D/Belle scenes.

Exactly! I remarked about this on twitter, and made note in the summary that it was inaccurate. It's been awhile since I've heard her referred to in this manner.
 
I want to give commendations to all the actors who worked with Joe Mascolo (Stefano) in his last scenes. I would find it very difficult condemning the character while knowing the actor's true condition. I'm sure the other actors did it for him. All of them did a great job.

Don't forget Chloe was blackmailed into prostitution. Another dumb storyline, yes. I am disgusted by the propping up of Nicole and making Chloe the devil. I hate this storyline!
 
I am glad Stefano escaped! I admit to gasping seeing him on the screen (even though I had known ahead of time).

So Chloe threw the porn stuff out there about Nicole. She knew about that when she agreed to be a surrogate for Dan and Nicole. So it was just to be super mean!!

I wonder when and if they will let Andre and Chad know that father was alive? I understand why Chad won't know now, but I wonder if it will be brought up if he escapes?
 
Thanks for the summary. Truly a touching show. I have always hated Stefano and wanted him gone, but the actor was fantastic and everyone seemed to like him. He truly will be missed.

As far as the episode today, I'm both surprised and not surprised that Stefano escaped. Now how will Hope get out of jail? And while I don't think she should be there, I'm really upset that now she'll inevitably be around Rafe again. Yuck!

Cannot stand anymore of this Chloe/Belle/Deimos stuff with Nicole. Let our Nikki have her baby and be with Brady already!

Sonny and Paul was fine. So far I feel kind of ambivalent about them. We'll see what happens.

A movie, just the one. I remember the storyline where Eric took it upon himself to pretend to be interesting in acting in some porn himself, so that he could go after the master copy Nicole's move, and any copies the company might have. He asked a bunch of questions of the owner of the studio, then made some comment about Misty Circle (Nicole's porn name). The owner said that Nicole just did the one movie, that he wanted her to do more, but after the first one, "Misty's" dad got all weird and possessive, almost like he was her boyfriend. I half expected an incest story to come out of that, but the writers did not pursue it.
