I'm still hoping this could all be some fever dream for the last x years. We could go back to 2010 for all I care, LOL.
I have this feeling I'll be getting an JJ/Eve episode tomorrow!! :love:
After watching, I really felt this was a mixed bag. The Kristen/Marlena scenes were fan-tas-tic. Absolutely. Melanie was too much though. She really was useless in this storyline.
Will continues to be a whiny, annoying half-wit. If Kristen does return and seek revenge on a family member of Marlena's, please let it be Will!!
And I really wanted to like the Paul/John/Justin scenes, but I still can't get behind the idea that Sonny proposed to Paul any more than I could believe that Sami really loved that dead guy just because these writers have decided it fits their narrative this cycle. And I really felt everyone needed to go up a shirt size (or two) in those scenes.
Ciara, Rafe, Hope were great, but what a shame to underutilise the first two so severely.
