Gonna give you the bombshell first. At the very end, Xander is "happy to see you again, Uncle". And Victor replies....."Good to see you again, Alexandros".
Will is walking in the square, Victor's henchman grabs him, takes him to Victor. And ol Victor really reams him out. He talks of hosting his wedding, which Will turned into something despicable. Will does his usual blaming everything on someone else, naming Paul Narita.....boo hoo, if he would just leave town. Victor explodes, saying he is just exactly like his mother. Always blaming someone else. Victor really lets Will have it, won't let him whine, won't let him say a thing. Victor loves all his family, but Sonny has a special place in his heart, and if Will ever hurts Sonny again, Victor will enact revenge. Will leaves, but manages to say he loves Sonny, he really does.
Eve is at Daniel's door, wanting to make sure that Daniel never tells Paige about her & JJ. And she gets reamed out royally by Daniel, for seducing JJ, which she denies. But Daniel has figured out that she was out to sink her claws in JJ from the very beginning. He names Frankie, Jack, himself, and then finally she grabbed JJ. She is claiming she never knew Daniel & Jen were an item when she first met Daniel. Oh, but she did, Daniel has her number. They go back and forth, round and round, with Eve not wanting her precious daughter hurt. But Daniel loves JJ, and he loves Paige as well, smart, trusting, etc. Eve grabs her purse, is nearly out the door when Daniel gives his "first and final warning. Stay away from JJ".
Paige is at the apartment, having found Daniel's jacket, JJ arrives to help with the box, she tells him of finding the jacket, figuring her mom is still seeing that guy. JJ talks her out of trying to figure out who the fellow is, none of her business, her mom will tell her if she wants to share. Soon they are making out on the sofa, but JJ has a flashback of being with Eve on the same sofa, draws back, says her mother could come in at any moment. He wants their time to be special, so does Paige, and only if Paige wants them to do it. He leaves. She stays, Eve comes home, Paige asks about the Jacket, Eve says she did see the guy a few more times, is a loser, and she has been meaning to get rid of that jacket, kept forgetting. Paige leaves.
Nicole has called Xander, figures they could have that coffee date. He is near Club TBD, she agrees to come. Theresa is on the phone with Anne, moaning about not meeting any hot guys at the rummage sale, instead having to work it, boring, blah, blah. She is tapped on the shoulder, as Xander hands her money she dropped. Theresa hangs up quickly on Anne, goes into flirting mode, thanks him, notes both don't have wedding rings, suggests they have a drink or something and see what happens. Nope, he has a date.
Nicole & Xander have coffee, he comes on strong, Nicole is smiling, knowing he is spinning lines at her. He suggests a movie, she declines, but he is making her laugh. He knows she has been seeing someone, figures perhaps she will be changing her mind. Theresa comes in, sees them, but says nothing, leaves, and goes back to the hospital, running into Dr. Dan, and being unable to wait to throw digs at him about Nicole having moved on already with someone new. Daniel is practically rolling his eyes in exasperation. He calls JJ, wants to talk to him about Paige in person. JJ says o.k. will text him when he can come.
Serena is in bed with Eric, is worried, but claims it is about leaving Eric, if she has to work elsewhere. She did not expect her life to get so twisted up when she came to Salem. She loves Eric, and he loves her, figures maybe she won't have to leave. Yada, yada, (sorry, she is spewing a lot of baloney). He gets a phone call has to take it. She gets a text that $200,000 has been deposited in her bank account. So, Xander kept his word. Eric is dressed, so is she, he has to go see a client about a boatload of pictures. She has something at work as well, they will meet later.
She comes into Club TBD as Xander & Nicole are parting. He just says "Ladies??" and goes out the door. Serena makes a flip comment to Nicole about getting to know Xander better. And what's it to you....replies Nicole.
Marlena arrives at Will's apt. to find Zoe pounding on the door, calling Will's name. She asks if she can help, Zoe rudely ignores her, and when Sonny opens the door, barges in, calling for Will. Zoe is rude, insulting, disappointed Will is not there. She wants to plant a big wet one, the news he slept with Narita is selling like hotcakes, she is thrilled. Marlena wants her to leave, says that things are tough for Sonny & Will right now, but Zoe is not phased. She wants the other story now, that Will was working on, wants to look at his tablet. Marlena coldly says absolutely not. You do not come into someone's home and rifle thru their files and personal belongings. The insufferable Zoe finally leaves, wanting Will to call her the minutehe returns.
Marlena leaves, hoping Sonny & Will maybe will be seeing a counselor, giving Sonny a card from someone she recommends, who is good with couples. Later, she runs into Will in the square, tells him about Zoe looking for him. Will figures he got fired, Nope, she is happy, and wants his story. Will tells Marlena there is none, he destroyed it, so it is gone.
Back at the apartment, Sonny is talking to the sitter, who is doing something with Ari, he hangs up, is straightening up, sees Will's tablet, resists temptation to look. But then, his curiosity is getting the best of him, as he remembers conversations with Will, and how he saw all that research scattered all over the desk. He opens the tablet, sees there is no story about Paul. But then notes a file called Mommy Dearest.......and cannot believe Will is writing another article about his mother. He open it, and there is the pic of Paul, the STrike one, two and three comments.
