Days of Our Lives - Wed., Oct. 22, 2014

I'm willing to bet that Clyde went after Jordan, their mother got in between, Clyde killed their mother and blamed Jordan ("if you hadn't been actin' up, this never would have happened!") Soon after, Jordan and Ben went on the run and he doesn't know the story of how their mother died.

ATTENTION DAYS WRITERS: Please give John and Marlena a frontburner storyline or 2 immediately. No more once a week crap!

Eve functions a lot better when she is playing Mother Hen to Jeannie Theresa or sparring with Kristen. She either needs adult storylines or she needs to escort Paigey to Stanford and stay with her. I'm shocked she also mentioned Shane hating the Dimeras! I'm also curious to see Eve interact with Rafe.

I forgot to mention this yesterday but since when did Jeannie Theresa get a key to Eve's apartment? She walked in yesterday and I could have sworn she and Brady did the deed last week in Eve's apartment. What happened to her own apartment?

I'm beyond past caring about Jordan. She has no chemistry with Rafe or Chad and it's too late for me to care about her offscreen background that we still don't know about!!! At least Ben has been more forthcoming with Abigail. I am curious to see what Ben does about both the apartment and school.

And why wasn't Jordan working as John's physical therapist? That would have been a great opportunity to bring this character out of her isolation. She only interacts with Rafe, Ben, Abigail, Clyde and Chad. She could have shared scenes with John and could have been introduced to Brady.

Something tells me if Sami accepts the offer and moves to LA, she will be back in Salem when the contract ends. And I agree about the fitness comment being thrown in there to kiss up to the actress. I'm surprised they didn't offer her the opportunity to host a weight loss show.

Eileen Davidson(Kristen) never ceases to amaze with her acting abilities. She is one of the very few actors on this show who can carry a scene by herself. James Scott(EJ) was also very good at that.

The world wants more Sami -

The Hollywood types may think that the world wants more Sami, but if they think a Sami movie is a good idea, they really ought to keep in mind that such a film would mean a very public airing of the very, very dirty DiMera family linen. The Phoenix certainly wouldn't care for that, and if the wrong actor was chosen to play him, certain show business types might be in a world of hurt. Perhaps, they could placate Stefano by getting George Clooney to play him, but if they foolishly chose Joe Pesci and had him recreate his Goodfellas persona, Sergio and Ricardo, both with a license to kill, might just be paying a visit to Tinseltown.

Since Eve and Theresa's apartments look sort of a like, maybe Theresa's key opens her door too :)

She probably got in because Eve left her door unlocked. A lot of people in Salem do.

It has bugged me no end that both Theresa's apt. and Eve's apt. are laid out exactly the same way. Back of sofa butting up against the stove, same kitcheny layout. Guess everyone eats standing up, because there is no kitchen table, or dining table, just like in Theresa's apt. Come to think of it, there is no dining table/kitchen table/place to eat in Daniel's place either. No wonder folks go to the Pub, the Club, or even the corridor in the square. Only places in town with tables. LOL

I think Daniel must have a portable table, because we once saw him and Maggie eating salad on a table at his apartment, but I've never seen a table there except for that one time.

I thought it was hilarious when Theresa and Anne were standing in the middle of the park and Theresa said something about how she was glad they were in a private place where nobody could overhear.

I saw the episode tonight. Really good. Sami overreacted, as usual. But, funny one-liners between her, Kate, and the company people. I just liked the episode as a whole. Eve is really fun when not worrying about Paige and JJ. The Jordan stuff, I'll admit, is getting a tad more interesting, and I'm actually hoping Clyde is genuine about everything with Ben--but I'm probably wrong.

Abby is getting annoying now. But I'm loving Chad.
Kristen's comments about Anne and Theresa were hilarious! As was the scene with Eve breaking that little bug.

What was funny about Eve stepping on that "bug". Anyone else would have felt they stepped on something hard like that and would have looked. O.K. She was distracted. But later on, one does have to clean.....sweep, vacuum......and if not, it still would be there on the carpet. But, Eve seems to be oblivious, or else those invisible elves quickly came and made that debris vanish in the the blink of an eye. We all should be so lucky.

I just thought the entire thing was funny, and how frustrated Kristen got after it stopped working.

But I agree, she should've looked down afterwards. Was she wearing heels when she stepped on it? Maybe that is why she didn't feel it as much.
