Is Chad pulling Kate's leg?

Chad told Kate that, since Stefano hadn't changed as he promised, Chad will not embrace Stefano's way of life and will work with Kate against his dad.

Is Chad playing Kate? Is he scheming with Stefano? Will Chad remain the nice, young man we have come to know and love? Does he mean what he said to Kate?

So many questions...

WOW I was blown away by those scenes. Billy Flynn (Chad) is really doing a great job! But I feel he's still on Stefano's side and is playing Kate. I'd really like it if he weren't, but when do I ever get what I want? LOL

I like the new Chad so far. I, for now, don't know if he is tricking Kate. I can see him telling her the truth because he wants to get revenge on EJ. But we'll see.

He tells Kate his father lied to him, and did not change....but he told EJ today (9/18) "what will Father say when he hears you have threatened me."

It's highly likely that Chad is pretending to be on Stefano's good side. That way, he could blindside him...or, he thinks he can.

I really hope that Chad isn't playing Kate but he probably is. I'd love it if he and Kate teamed up and took complete control of Dimera Enterprises. And if they could toss Sami and EJ out of the mansion with nothing I'd love it even more Unfortunately I doubt I'll get that since no one ever wins against the golden couple.

Stefano is grooming Chad for the big takeover, I think that with EJ being the son who flushed all his power down the toilet, and with Steffie getting up there in age, Chad will be the new Don Corleone. Just speculation on my part.

I think he is playing Kate as part of Stefano's plan for Kate's part in ousting Stefano.

I think he's doing Stefano's bidding as well....however I get the feeling he could turn on a dime if it suited him.

I think the actor is doing a great job.
