Murder mystery

My thoughts keep going back to the spoiler that Billie is coming back for a bit, and I keep thinking that it is because her mom (Kate) is the one that gets it.

On the other hand, we will know who it is, long before the murder since all of the suspects will be emerging with a heated argument or a "I wish he/she was dead!" before the deed is done.

Sorry, but Kate isn't a the most sympathetic mother. Why her kids even continue to speak with her is shocking. And only because the number of characters she can interact with is limited. She does have to speak with her kids every now and then. Abby would be more likely to visit Kate in prison than Lucas, in my opinion.
 
I read something, and I think it was from Jason47, who had the expected dates for the returns of Billie, Laura, Theresa.....and I will be darned if I can find where I read it, tho I have looked and looked. I know that Theresa just started filming in December, so it will probably be May/June for her......but dang it, makes me mad I did not note it down when I read it.

I think Andre planned his own (fake) demise, and will return pretending to be Tony.

It's more than uncommon. As shown on the original Law and Order, crime investigations are carried out by uniformed officers and detectives. Police commissioners never get out on the streets to solve crimes. They're way too busy dealing with administrative, political, and P.R. matters. The only TV show in which the actual police commissioner solved crimes was the wildly improbably McMillan and Wife, which starred Rock Hudson and Susan St. James, and which ran from 1971-77.
