TV Guide's all time 60 baddest villains

Oh yes, right. The comic geek in me was thinking of The Joker character (from the comics originally) & how Cesar Romero portrayed him. :) How can anyone be scared of a villain with a painted over noticeable mustache. lol

Kids' show, yet with bountiful adult overtones. That way they could reach more than just 1 demographic.
 
As I mentioned, when I read that list, it sounds as tho these were villains they seemed to love to hate or dislike or something. I mean Red John....I don't remember ever even seeing him. LOL
Major Burns was a whining crybaby tattletale, lol. But you kinda liked that he was always putting his foot in his mouth, and getting whatever thrown right back at him.
