This is the actor who played Ghost Zack in June 2016 and then played Ciara's temporary boyfriend Wyatt. He "Liked" all the Days related responses to this tweet and then I saw Jason47 say this was Days related over on Daytime Royalty. Not sure if he's talking about a tape date or air date in this tweet though.
