I feel the same way about Lani/JJ and Gabi/Eli. Though the latter group may have some fans, most of the people I see on social media know these pairs are purposefully mismatched.

Valerie confronts Lani about her secret. If Lani finds being confronted by Dr. Grant unpleasant, she'll really hate the confrontation that she'll experience if ranting Jenny discovers that she's been deceiving her beloved son about the child's paternity. If that happens, foolish Lani will find out what it's like to be roasted by a real professional.

Brady and Eve go on their first real date. It would prove interesting if JJ feels some pangs of jealousy when seeing Brady going out with has former partner in hot afternoons at the Salem Inn.

Claire tries to get the truth out of Tripp. Poor Little Trippy, his father, Steve, is involved in real detective work while he's stuck dealing with petty teen concerns.

Considering the hell Abe put Jenny & JJ through, there's some irony involved in Abe's daughter now lying to them about the baby and whose it is. More hell to pay on the other side, and at least JJ didn't want to shoot Theo and had no idea who he shot. Lani is intentionally lying to JJ and everyone else. While I hate the story, it does have some interesting angles that can be used by good writers.

It's a good promo for sure and I can't wait to see what happens for these stories next week. And what's even better is the multiple stories, meaning more than one, that's being showcased.
