I just wonder why, with everyone moving toward Julie when she went down, Valarie was just standing there. She is a famous cardiologist after all. She should have been pushing her way toward Julie - her son's grandmother.

I thought the same thing. You'd think Valerie would've immediately run to Julie's side to give her medical attention.
