Call me crazy but I tend to think that having sexual dreams, as well as an admitted physical desire for a specific person, would be a sign that you should not be reinstated as a priest. Then couple that with the the unforgiving hatred he's harboring in his heart. My guess is that his attitude is what will keep him from being reinstated which he will solely place the blame on Nicole's shoulders.
 
LOL, just kidding. I think you're right on the money. I'm reasonably sure his bilious spew against Nicole will be his undoing, and rather than blaming himself, he will blame Nicole. And we will see many interesting scenes of them fighting. And it will be interesting.

I know I'm in the minority but I kind of like this. I've never believed Eric really wanted to be a priest so if he needs to go through this process to wake up and realize his true calling in life, then so be it. However, I do want to see him eat crow and apologize to Nicole for his actions as well as admit he has been wrong.

I'd take these 2 any day over some of the other couples on this show right now.
 
I couldn't believe Eric referred to himself as "your humble servant" when he was praying for his reinstatement. The only instance of humbling himself he has shown was when he told Nicole about the priest in Africa.
 
It is just like Brady (Sami does this all the time) to blame someone else for his problems...

None of this is at all Eric's fault.. all Nicole's!!!

Come on Eric, it is your fault too.. Nicole did some wrong things and some good things.. so did Eric.. Where are his "big boy panties"?? He needs to put them on and man up.
 
John's brains have been scrambled one too many times. Last time, he came out of the coma with a different personality. Who knows what will happen when he comes out of this one? He could completely be someone else and we will get the third incarnation of "who is John Black?". Stinking laptop.... wrist hit something and knocked me out of the thread I was gonna post in and it got here by mistake.
 
He mainly just looks pathetic. I am really tired of seeing him frown and glare. He sure as hell wanted Nicole to come to Rome, so just STOP with the hate.

Yeah I've had enough of "I need your help, I hate you" over and over. So when I was watching today they sat in front of the cardinal and he began talking and the friggin broadcast got interrupted with "Breaking News, Monorail at Dallas Zoo Stuck with People on it". Holy carp what will they ever do?

Then it went to commercial and when it came back Nicole was telling the cardinal that Eric has done everything the church has asked of him and Eric has the nerve to start chastising her basically telling her how to speak, when she speaks, but ultimately to shut up.

I think it's ridiculous that the church would reinstate him after having him confess to Brother Timothy that he physically longs for Nicole, demands they have separate flights to Rome, is overheard arguing with her and then pulls his shut up routine in front of the cardinal.

But I am dying to know what was said during the interruption. UGH!
