This is a crockpot recipe, but can also be done in the microwave.
Broccoli Cheese Dip
2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli (thawed) chopped
1/4 to 1/3 cup red bell pepper (have used pimento instead for a different flavor)
16 oz container ranch dip (for a thinner dip, use ranch dressing)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (I usually omit)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients.
cook in crockpot 1 hour on low
Stir before serving
Serve while hot with chips, tortilla chips, raw veggies, sourdough bread, etc
Refrigerate unused portion
Reheat in microwave.
