Can't Get Profile Pic to Post!

I am using the correct size, but it always comes back and says the file did not upload... I be soooo corrrnfuuuzed....

If you want to put a pic in your posts, you have to use the edit avatar option.

Yep that be me on my page, but I am trying to put that same pic on my "Avitar" and getting the "failed msg...
