1 standard size can of creamed corn
1 egg
1 cup of flour
Mix creamed corn and egg into flour. Put a little cooking oil on a griddle and heat it until a drop of water kind of spits and rolls off. You can also use a skillet. I prefer cast iron. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture on hot griddle and round them out a bit with the back of the spoon so they aren't too thick and cook more evenly. Flip with spatula as you would pancakes to brown slightly. You may need to add a little more oil as you continue to make these. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
