My sweet daughter-in-law has been admitted to the hospital. She has been ill for about a week, can't keep anything down, now dehydrated. Doctor is now questioning the original diagnosis of c-diff infection -- so they are running more tests. Please hold her in your thoughts.

Thank you all. I've been out of touch due to power outage, but I think she was able to go home Friday. At least that is what she was hoping for!! Diagnosis is ulcerative colitis. Treating with medication at this point.

Lilo that is very good news. And my sister has had ulcerative colitis for decades and keeps it under control with diet, medication and proper rest so your daughter-in-law has a good prognosis.
