Ava is sitting in the Bistro when someone touches her. She jumps. It's Stefan. She asks how he got inside? Clyde gave him keys. Clyde wants the Bistro open ASAP. Rafe comes into the cop shop room where Harris is. Rafe is surprised EJ's cutting deal with Leo. Harris tells him Dimitri just arrived and turned himself in.
Replay of Leo signing papers for his release. EJ says he can't go until Dimitri comes. Dimitri walks in. EJ is shocked. Dimitri walks over to Leo and says he's turning himself in and they can let my Leo go.
Replay of Sloan and Nicole in Kayla's office when Eric walks in with the envelope. Sloan protests too much that she didn't agree to the test. Eric says he has the results and holds the envelope. Nicole is excited to see them. Everyone stares at each other.
Dimitri demands EJ release Leo, but Leo jumps in and says Pookie bear. (why that name?) EJ says he's not going to release Leo or Dimitri. Leo reminds him they had a deal. EJ rips the paper. EJ says he plans to prosecute both of them. Leo says he can't do felony murder. EJ says that's right, but he has other charges.
