A good show to watch if you can't get to sleep.

Wendy and Tripp <yawn> are in bed at the Salem Inn. They discuss they've been there 12 hours. Wendy wonders if it's ok he's still there? Tripp reminds her Kayla can call him if there's an emergency.
Paulina comes out of the back of the apartment. Chanel tells her she looks great in her outfit. Paulina is meeting Abe at The Bistro. It's their third date.
Jada sees Talia the nurses' station and calls her Dr. Hunter. She says daddy will be so proud. Jada takes pictures.
Ava and Harris are at the roach motel. Ava is finishing a bag of chips. They've been gone 24 hours and she wants real food, not the stuff from the vending machine.
EJ is talking to a henchman at the hospital. The man says the henchwoman still unconscious. EJ hangs up and looks at his tablet. It shows Ava and Harris escaped Bayview. EJ says out loud Ava needs to be in the morgue. Johnny comes up behind him and asks why he's upset?
Wendy and Tripp get out of bed and are wearing fluffy robes. There's a knock at the door. They assume it's room service. It's Rafe. Rafe is there to see if Ava contacted him? Tripp says Kayla has his phone number. Rafe knew that. (then why ask him?) Rafe tells Tripp his mother escaped from Bayview after she shot someone. Rafe says it looks like self defense.
Wendy goes to bathroom and puts on clothes. Rafe says Harris helped your mom escape. Tripp says EJ is after his mother. Tripp says he told EJ yesterday his mom was better and was getting out of Bayview. Rafe answers his phone. He has to follow up on a lead. He tells Tripp that Harris and Ava have a gun and they need to turn themselves in.
Jada wants to know about henchwoman that was shot. Talia says she's unconscious and can't talk to anyone. Jada decides to wait. Later, Jada brings Talia coffee from somewhere. Jada says hospital coffee like at the police station is not very good. They discuss Talia seeing Chanel. Talia is happy she gets a second chance and Chanel forgave her. Jada is happy for her. Talia finds out the henchwoman is awake. She tells Jada to wait until she finds the woman's doctor.
Ava and Harris discuss that EJ is the person who wanted her dead. Harris still can't believe it might be someone from her past. They both agree that finding Susan and proving she's alive will stop EJ. Harris leaves to get a burner phone and food. He tells her not to open door for anyone. (FYI, the curtains are open) While he's gone, Ava hears a knock on the door and doorknob rattles. No one is there. She turns around and sees Susan dressed in white.
After much discussion, Ava realizes Susan is using her psychic power (yeah right) to contact her. Susan needs helps because she's stuck in the Big Smoke. (Canada?) Susan tells Ava she's mean, mean, mean. Ava promises she won't hurt her again. While she's talking to Susan, Harris comes back. Susan disappears. Ava tells Harris Susan used her psychic power to contact her.
He wonders why Ava and not a family member? (good question) Ava says Susan isn't logical. Ava tells Harris she mentioned Big Smoke. Harris said that's the name people used for old London. He tells her he has contacts to make fake passports and makes travel arrangements. Ava says they need to leave before the cops come kick down the door.
Paulina and Chanel talk about her conversation with Johnny. Johnny says he still has feelings for her. Chanel says she and Talia are good. Paulina asks how she feels about Johnny? Chanel says it was hard when they broke up, but now they are friends. Paulina says she's always had a soft spot for Johnny.
EJ tells Johnny that Ava escaped from Bayview and she's on the run. Johnny hopes they can bring her in peacefully. EJ changes subject and asks how it went with Chanel? Johnny tells him he told her how he felt, but Talia came by before Chanel could tell him answer. EJ points at Stefano's picture. EJ says Stefano would tell you that DiMeras don't let others decide our fate. Johnny's phone rings. Chanel wants to talk to him in person. Johnny leaves. EJ looks at Stefano's picture and nods.
Paulina picks up her purse to go to dinner. She opens door and Johnny is there. (Did he fly there? Maybe like Rudolph when Clarice tells him he's cute) Paulina is happy to see him. He tells her she looks nice. She tells him she has a date with her husband. Chanel tells Johnny she's seeing Talia and before he came by to tell her he still has feelings she wanted to see how far it would go. Johnny says and now how do you feel?
Talia is in Horton Town Square with flowers. She leaves message for Chanel. She thought she was at bakery, but she's on her way to your mom's house. I have a surprise for you.
Johnny speaks before Chanel can explain. He knows she wants to be with Talia. He starts to leave and she grabs his hand. She tells him she's had to suppress her feelings for him. But now her feelings are no longer suppressed. Johnny touches her face where a tear falls. They kiss. We see Chanel's phone with a message from Talia. (will Talia see them kissing?)
EJ makes a toast to Stefano that Johnny will get his heart's desire. His phone rings. It's his henchman. EJ wants an update. The henchwoman is awake and being questioned by the police. EJ's face says "oh no".
Jada enters room of the henchwoman. She asks who hired her to kill Ava Vitali?

Wendy says Harris is a navy seal and he will protect her. Tripp isn't sure since Harris tried to kill his family with an exploding pizza.
Outside Ava and Harris' room, Rafe and another cop sneak up to the door. Rafe whispers to the cop that the pizza place down the street recognized Harris. Then the hotel clerk said Ava and Harris are in this room. Rafe says be careful since both have killed before. Rafe kicks door down. They look around room and don't see anyone.
