I knew she was in Chicago and the rest of that, but never considered that her stuff was still in Chicago. But, I guess that kind of makes sense. Especially if her original plan was to return to Chicago.

I typed up the show and now I'm curious. Who owned the sewing machine before Sarah? Maggie's mom? Neil's mom? Mickey's mom?

Thanks for the summary. A very boring mid-week episode indeed. There's really nothing noteworthy here. A nice family dinner, sure, but who really cares about Stephanie, Wendy, or Tripp? As for the scavenger hunt, I'm willing to bet some creative mind at the writing board decides to have someone kidnapped then.

I wish the Stefan-Ava facade would end already so this drug business could finish up.

Ava tosses stories at Harris, they bounce off him. He is a super hero. Harris again begs to help.

Taking a character I don't care about and making him save a character I barely care about just isn't working.

It would have made for a good scene if Sarah walked in on Xander doing some serious sewing on an antique black Singer. (My mother had one of those — it was a good machine.)

Made me laugh when there was talk of leftovers.....Looked to me like every plate was still full, lucky if the guests had a couple bites! Yet the meal was "so delicious"??????

Gonna be a huge plate of leftovers, me thinks.
