God help anyone trying to do PR these days — imagine claiming the the return of the Kritter and the appearance of the wretched Megan and the vile Dimitri are interesting, entertaining developments and the Harris is a dynamic, interesting new character.

You're right on, DrBFan - I always say the real writers for the show are the ones who spin the yarns about how good it is!

I’ll bet Peacock has a PR department with people who handle their “original” content, which is a smaller slate of shows to manage than NBC.
