FROM THE VAULT: EPISODE # 3858. THE BODY CONNECTION SET DEBUTS.

The Body Connection made its debut on "Days of Our Lives" on Episode # 3858, which aired January 27, 1981. The set was titled "Unfinished Gym." Long-time fans will remember that is where Megan Hathaway was killed in the hot tub in February 1985.

Apparently her "death" didn't take.... a trait that seems to run through several Salemites....it's either the "air" or the "waters".... haven't figured out which....

LOL, Robin, I remember the 1st time that phrase was used, and viewers got a big laugh back then. The very dead for a long time, Rolf shows up, and I think it was Sami who said, "but you're dead", and he replies, "it didn't take" & continues on with whatever he was going to do. LOL

Days thus saw they could kill/render lifeless any character they chose, and have the character return alive very easily.
