But, I believe that when Rafe left after speaking with Marlena, she left the door open JUST a tiny bit. Am I crazy or what?? Could be that they've really got me thinking and nuts??
I know I'm paranoid....

She closed it. And if it didn't close all the way, I'm sure it was something that happened during taping.
Marlena was being 100% professional in keeping everything private and confidential for Chad. I doubt she'd leave the door cracked for Rafe to listen in. Plus, Rafe left. It's not like she secretly signaled him to stick around and put his ear to the door.
