Sherlock

Yes! In the books, Sherlock Holmes was in his late 20's when he met Dr Watson who was slightly older. Hollywood advanced both men in age when the various movies were made. LOL, they were victims of SORASing.

Sherlock closely follows the crimes and Sherlock's deduction while updating the vehicles for them.

To me, Elementary is a cheap imitation. Though, I do like the show as long as I think of them as totally different people.
 
I love everything about Sherlock Holmes.

I love the new PBS series. I loved the movies with Basil Rathbone
and the other PBS series with Jeremy Brett. I love Elementary.
I love the movies that are being done with Robert Downey Jr

I really enjoyed the episode with John marrying Mary. What fun.
I laughed out loud several times scaring my dog.

I've read a lot of books with Sherlock Holmes not written
by the original author. One has Sherlock married to someone.
 
I saw last week's episode of Sherlock last night.

An interesting episode. I had forgotten Sherlock does
three episodes a season. It might be the last one for awhile.

I like watching the extra stuff at the end. Interesting
to learn Benedict Cumberbatch (Sherlock) parents played
the ones on the TV show.
 
my station has the too. There's no description of what it is.
 
Poor lady's maid marries older Lord, because he needs an heir to follow him. Google it. The Making of a Lady...
 
last week was Sherlock's season finale. It will probably be a while before it returns.
