Was it really that hard to give these giants a storyline in the past? These new writers proved that you can bring any character to life with the right writing. Yes we all want to see some young sexy characters on the show, and Days is lucky that the ones they have can also act.

However, watching Victor, Maggie, Caroline, Julie, and the next generation Adrienne, Justin, Kayla, Patch, and others has been a pleasure to watch. I hope they are all enjoying their work as much as we are watching it. So much good material that I can accept some of the choppiness and lack of continuity in places. The writers had to have placed a large board up and map all this out. Keep it up!:love::drunk:

I would just like to see the 30 something gap filled a little better and I'll be happy. Otherwise, I love what I see so far!

I agree, and I hope the focus continues to be on the show as a multi-generational unit. One of the biggest soap mistakes in the 1980s was the focus on adventure and away from family, rather than a mix of both elements.
