I wish Freddie Smith well in future shows, I can see why he wouldn't want to come back to a show were the writing disrespects his character.

Sad to say should they recast Sonny, it could work. Like soapkitty, emotional investment is Sonny Kiriakis is difficult, little coffee barista.
 
But I really miss Will so hope they will recast and bring them back or at least Will back
 
I wish Mr. Smith well in whatever path he pursues down in FL.
