Nice to see the actress who played Jessica commenting on the old pictures/storylines.
 
Is that Charlie Sheen? Wonder what this was all about? Odd crew for Chandler Massey (Will) to be hanging with.
 
That's definitely Charlie Sheen. The other guys look familiar, but I can't place them (other than Chandler Massey/Will). Very interesting that he'd be hanging out with "bad boy" Charlie Sheen.

Nope, it's not him. It's a public relations guy named Jeff Ballard who has represented both Charlie Sheen and Chandler Massey (Will). Not sure of his connection to Peter Marshall or the other guy. Sorry to have misidentified him in the first place.

Yes, the guy on the right end is actor C. Thomas Howell. Jeffrey Ballard posted the same picture and identified everyone (Peter Marshall, Charlie Sheen, Jeffrey Ballard, Chandler Massey and C. Thomas Howell). It was a celebration of Jeffrey's birthday and remission from cancer.
