I remember back in the 83-87 era, and I was only 12 at the time and going off of memory, the 2 of them were in a river on a boat or gondola, and I think they may have been in new orleans, or at mardi gras. cant recall.

There was a nice song playing, sung by a male, and the lyrics went something along these lines

"In your heart...... your heart is mine" It was playing as the episode closed out.

Other lyrics that I am recalling are "You try not to show it......."

I would be so impressed if anyone actually knew that song, which I think had a piano playing as the music.

Thanks I could use the help.

I know "Tonight I Celebrate My Love" by Peebo Bryson was used for Bo and Hope many times. Is that the song you're thinking of?

I love that song, b ut I don't think the lyrics match the song mentioned.

For some reason, the only song that popped into my mind with "you try not to show it"
is "You've Lost that Lovin' Feeling".......big hit by the Righteous Brothers....tho you usually only hear one of them.

Song

I think the scene you are referring to is when they are in New York and they have a fight at the carnival and they go their seperate ways during the day but end up together in the park. Hope is wearing purple dress and the song is.....
"If you gotta make a fool of somebody" and I believe the version on here is by Joe Cocker.

The scene actually turns into "Broken Wings" this would have been summer 1985 when Bo starts working with Theo on a case against Savannah Wilder and Richard Cates (detective who takes over after Roman died (the 1st time))
