Ciara Alice Brady
Born on December 29, 2006 Ciara is the daughter of Beauregard Aurelius (Bo) Brady aka Kiriakis and Hope Alice Williams Welch Brady. Ciara has an older brother Shawn Douglas Brady, a deceased brother, Beauregard (Zack) Isaac Theo Brady and a paternal half-sister, Chelsea Brady
Until her birth, it was assumed that Ciara was fathered by Patrick Lockhart with whom Hope had had a brief fling while she and Bo were separated. Bo and Hope reconciled despite the fact that Hope was carrying another man’s child. Patrick kidnapped Hope and she went into labor in the warehouse where he was holding her. Bo rode to the rescue and delivered the baby. Filled with guilt, Patrick admitted that he had paid the doctor to falsify the tests and that Bo was actually Ciara’s father.
Ciara was kidnapped on August 12, 2009. The stress of finding their little girl and disagreements on how to handle the ransom caused Bo and Hope to separate once again. Because the showdown and arrest of the kidnapper happened in the Brady home with Ciara as a witness, Hope left their home at the suggestion of Ciara’s counselor. As of this date, her parents are still separated and Ciara lives in the Brady home with her father and his current mistress.
