Although they did a paternity test (I know, I know) after the one Xander interfered with. Of course, they did that with Parker, too.

Read somewhere that Zoey's child is a boy, is a couple years old. Could be true, could be false.

Zoey does have a son. Orpheus showed a picture of her and her son (no indication of his age or how old the picture was) to Joey Johnson back in 2016. He told Joey that's as close as he could get to his daughter and grandson because his kids wanted nothing to do with him, and he was upset about it.

But she could've had a second baby (a girl) last year that we haven't heard about yet.
