Alice Caroline (Allie) Horton
Allie Horton is the daughter of Lucas Horton and Samantha Gene (Sami) Brady. Her twin half-brother, John Roman (Johnny) DiMera is the son of Elvis John (EJ) DiMera. Allie also has an older brother, William (Will) Horton and a younger half-sister, Sydney Ann DiMera. Allie was born at home on October 23, 2007 and was delivered by her maternal grandmother, Dr. Marlena Evans.
Although Johnny was named that day, Allie went without a name until Thanksgiving of that year when Lucas announced that he had named his little girl after her great-grandmothers, Alice Grayson Horton (now deceased) and Caroline Brady.
Although her father lives in Hong Kong, Lucas and Sami share custody of Allie and their relationship is a very amicable one.

Allie was played by a doll until Elle and Ithaca Kremer (December 31, 2007 – June 4, 2008) assumed the role. Other twins who have portrayed Allie include: Charlotte and Stella Penfield (July 31, 2008 – December 2008); Ella and Anna Gietzen (January 27, 2009 – August 11, 2009) and Carolyn and Campbell Rose (November 23, 2009 – present)
