Prayer for my daughter’s friend

I was shocked this morning when my phone blared an Amber alert. Even more shocked to discover that it was a girl I knew.

She goes to school with my girls and was Siege’s friend. She also lives around the corner.

They believe she was kidnapped last night after she got off work and a ransom has been demanded when her parents called her phone.

Please pray that she is found and returned home safely. We are really scared for her. The students are all distraught as well.

Car found after teen returns safe after abduction attempt in Hot Springs

An Amber Alert was issued for a 17-year-old in Hot Springs Tuesday morning before being inactivated and a car connected to the case has been found.

Prayers are going up for Trynytee and her family.

This same scenario was mentioned by the local police in a zoom meeting that I took part in last week. People, especially teenage girls and boys, are being warned to avoid interacting with or walking near all strangers.

Such an awful thing. You never think it will happen to someone you know. I've prayed and will pray for her safe return.

All of the kids at school are upset, one of their other classmates worked with her (but not last night) and she’s blaming herself. The school has brought in counselors and will have a candlelight vigil tonight.

I see the state police now have the car and plates listed to look out for. Hopefully it wasn't stolen then dumped so they can catch these horrible people.

The vehicle of interest is a White Nissan Versa with a license plate out of Tennessee 59B D82.

She has been found and is in police custody being interviewed now!!

Thank God, answering prayers in a very positive way. Blessings on all involved in the search & rescue. It will be a while before we learn what all happened, but we all thank the Good Lord.

At 6:30, we were updated that she was with her parents and was being checked out at the hospital. Then she was going to be able to go home.

Thanks everyone for the prayers. Siege is giving them time tonight and tomorrow morning but she plans to stop by tomorrow afternoon just to check in and see if she needs anything.

I'm so thankful she was found safe and unharmed. I'm concerned that the article now says "alleged abduction"... as if to say this was all a prank of some kind. Poor kid has been through enough it sounds like, I will continue to pray for her and her family.
