redsquirrel, high school and college kids weren’t the only ones enjoying Ripple years ago. When I was working part-time at an upscale liquor store in Skokie, IL, a woman came in and bought several bottles of Ripple because she’d read about it in the Wall Street Journal. Would Sloan give Eric a similar explanation for blowing the rent money on Ripple — she’d read about it in the American Bar Association Journal?
 
Obviously, Konstantin wants Maggie to offer to marry him- Thus he can get his hands on the money, and stay in the country. Most important is the money, thus Alex is targeted as well. There must be some reason it is the Kiriakis money that he wants. Is he actually a Kiriakis? Does he feel cheated in some way, that perhaps Victor managed to pull off a deal that Konstantin wanted or needed to finalize? So Konstantin may feel that he should have been the one who ended up with it all, not Victor?

There has to be more to the reasons than just what has been shown so far. Maybe Konstantin is the illegitimate child who was not acknowledged? Whatever is going on, sure hope Maggie keeps her smarts going,
