Episode #10,751 Taped 1/11 Director – Albert Alarr
Chelsea, Stephanie, Morgan, Cordy & Billie are down at the cop shop, having been called in for questioning about Ford Decker. Billie thinks there is no worry, as there is no body, but Cordy informs her that Chelsea told Ford’s father they had moved it. Stephanie calls Max to tell them they have all been hauled in by the police. Roman comes out, telling them all that Crawford Decker evidently has some “juice” with the DA, & has sworn out an arrest warrant for Chelsea. Decker comes out, accusing her of murder. The girls all chime in about it being an accident, but Decker is his usual obnoxious self. Cordy & Stephanie speak of having been raped, Morgan & Chelsea of nearly being raped, but Decker says he believes Chelsea pushed Ford down the stairs. They all go back & forth, with Stephanie finally blurting out that if he wants a trial, fine. That is what he will get, and she will get on up on stand, telling the whole world how Ford drugged and raped her, and that will be all over the media. Cordy steps forward, saying she will do the same, as Morgan tells him he might as well engrave in his son’s tombstone, Ford Decker – Rapist, as that is how he will be known. Ford caves, just wanting to know where his son is. Billie gets an idea….drop all charges against the girls in exchange for the information on the location of Ford’s body. Stephanie says No,. but Roman calls the DA, who agrees, as long as Mr. Decker agrees. He says he just wants to know where his son is buried, and the girls say, we told you before, we don’t know. He asks, then who does? Cue the door to open, in walks Max, saying “I do. I am the one who moved him out”.
On a plane, the 4 Musketeers sit impatiently, with Shawn & Philip throwing barbed comments at each other. They had been delayed with a leaky fuel line, which had to be repaired, yada, yada. Cracks go back & forth. Shawn keeps glancing at Belle, who wants to know why he keeps looking at her, he doesn’t know. She goes over, tells him how she loves him, only him, she made a mistake, they have to get over this. Chloe invites Philip into another section of the plane to give the pair some privacy, and they say much of the same thing again. Belle wants them to work thru this, Shawn talks of trust, of it taking a long time to build, and if it gets broken, a long time to build again. Eventually Chloe returns, talking to Belle, as Shawn goes in the other section with Philip. Chloe tells Belle she is jerking these two guys around, and if she loves her husband, she will have to do something about that. Chloe has already flashbacked to telling Phil about Brady’s kidnapping, and now tells Belle she just wants her husband back. In the other room, Shawn & Phil grab a beer from the frig (gee, corporate jets have all the frills, don’t they?) and swap remarks about their friendship over the years. Philip tells Shawn that Belle is HIS wife, and he understands that, and more yada, yada, and, evidently, they have repaired their friendship, so shake hands. Later, I think the plane is supposed to have landed, Shawn calls Hope (pretending he is still in Salem) asking how things are going, and learns that his parents have a lead on Crystal & are headed towards New Ross
Bo & Hope are on the road in Ireland, with Bo driving, having a hard time staying on the left side of the road, Hope is map reading. And evidently someone on Days had a very detailed map o a certain area in Ireland, or the writers were good at making names up, cause she is throwing out very Irish names of roads, highways, streets and villages. Bo, of course, has a few near misses because he drifts over to driving on the right side of the road, and then, naturally, made a wrong turn, and got them lost. Next we see Hope driving, Bo sitting back, just looking at his beautiful wife, saying how it is not often a man married as long as they have gets to just stare at his wife. AND now we are all treated to a long series of Bo & Hope flashbacks…..the first time they met, her on a balcony in New Orleans, their wedding, playing in a field, swimming in a lagoon or pool.
They have gotten a call from Interpol, who says Crystal was traced to a town called New Ross. They get another call saying Interpol lost Crystal. When Bo & Hope reach New Ross, Bo evidently gets out of car to show Claire’s picture around, learning from an old geezer (his words) that he saw a woman carrying her into a bed & breakfast a couple of blocks further on.
John & Marlena arrive at St. Obbin’s B&B, to find a completely empty entry room. John is going to look around, tells Marlena to stay put. No, she is going with him, as she flashes back to filling her medical bag with every drug imaginable from the hospital drug cabinet. Two rough looking guys appear, asking what they want. Sorry, the place is filled up. John says it doesn’t looks filled up. The men are insistent, Marlena gets John to hold back, saying they have to go. They leave, but scout around outside, and when the men leave, go back inside. Now they snoop around, John is convinced his target is here, he can feel it. They go upstairs, check one room which is empty, and then find there is an empty meal tray outside another room. Before they go in, Marlena asks if John is going to kill anyone, no he says. She asks if he has a weapon. No. She frisks him to make sure.
Downstairs, Bo & Hope arrive, and the same two belligerent Irish thugs greet them. Bo says they are looking for Crystal, but before they can lie, she appears at the top of stairs, saying it’s all right, and then to Bo & Hope….you can look around, but it is already too late.
Marlena opens the door to go in, John follows, picking up a steak knife off the meal tray first. We see the back of a rocker, slowly moving, an arm. John and Marlena move around to the front of the rocker.
