So Theresa gets custody, and then leaves town with Tate......taking him away from all the people who have loved and cared for him all this time?

I think Victor is the one who arranged for "drugs" to be found in JJ's place..

And Gabi "accidentally" mentions Gabi's pregnancy.....obviously in front of Chad, or maybe Stefan??? Yep, nothing like having a best friend to confide in, to lean on, huh?

Why would Gabi resent "Gabby", it was "Laura" who testified against her and lied. Oh, just remembered how Gabby used Gabi's coat, then it was put in Ari's backpack. Hmmm.

So, Salemites continue to be miserable. And Hope/Rafe insist on badgering Ben to say he started that fire. I hope they all have to eat crow.......and that includes Theresa.
 
Wow, I'm beginning to think they aren't actually paying writers to "write" but to pull out scripts from previous months/days/years and change the names and off we go.

There really isn't much to care about.

How come Kate isn't there to buck up Steve as he waits for his surgery? Surely she belongs in this story too. :sarcasm:

For what, two breaths?? Before she figures she can keep the parentage from either DiMera??

I can't wait for the Lazy Days of Summer, when the show goes on summer vacation and we have only teen stories. Oh wait, we don't have teens anymore. Too bad Allie, Johnny, Sydney and Holly aren't back in town as teens.
 
Sigh, and more sigh. Is anyone smiling in Mudville, I mean Salem? Mighty Casey, I mean Carlivati, has struck out. Promises again Mr. Corday? Why don't you run for Congress? You would fit in quite well. You don't deliver. Shame on you for letting this claptrap continue.

Hope and Rafe press Ben to admit he set the fire. [Pity poor Ben, he's fallen into the hands of remorseless Hope Brady, the same woman who helped kidnap and pummel Fake Rafe.]
Brady shares a heartfelt goodbye with Tate before he leaves with Theresa. [Poor Brady, if he'd hired a real lawyer and not Justin, he and Tater Tot would be sailing off into the sunset together.]

Will receives a shocking note. [When are the people who writer these spoilers going to stop using the word "shocking?" After all these years, nothing that happens in Salem can really be described that way.]

JJ takes the fall in order to help Theresa.

Theresa and Brady each make one last plea to win custody of Tate.

Abigail wrestles with whether or not to tell Chad about her pregnancy.

Wracked with guilt, Eve admits to Chloe she’s partly responsible for Brady losing custody of Tate.

Theresa receives devastating news, which prompts her to leave Salem
 
The brief return of Theresa and this custody battle ranks in the lowest of the lowest of storylines in Days’ history. What purpose did it serve? I certainly was not interested in seeing this annoying character come back. And now Tate will be leaving with her. Was that the purpose of her return? To have a way to get Tate out of Salem and off the show?

The writers are dangerously close to making this long term fan lose interest in this show all together. They killed off Andre and Vivian (well she may be alive, but no longer on the show). They were two entertaining characters that I enjoyed watching. Steve is leaving. Lucas is leaving. Paul is leaving.

There is not one story or plot that is interesting at the moment. I will watch for now because I want to see John and Marlena’s wedding next month. But after that, unless the writing improves, I think it will be the end of the road for me and Days.
