Sami orders Rafe to turn down Allie’s offer.
 
She comes to Salem. Yay. :sarcasm: :rolleyes:

It's a shame. Sami used to be my favorite character. But after the hate-boink with EJ and all the garbage after that, I can't stand the character. Wish they'd say she and EJ are the first people sent to Mars, with no way of getting back to Earth.
 
Sami does show up in Salem, I believe on July 14.

Echo what JS said about the character. Used to love her, until that hate boink, & her hookup with the man who raped her. Allie has good cause to be wary of her mom. Sami dragged her kids all over Europe because of her devotion to EJ, & evidently Allie feels her mom doesn't give her the same sort of attention/care she does to the children begat by EJ. WE don't know what went on, but I really hope Sami gets taken down a peg or two or three when she does show up.

Wow, so very Sami, sticking her nose in, making demands in regards to something she has absolutely no right to be. It's not her body, it is her ADULT daughter's, and Rafe isn't her property. So she really has no say in this matter.

Really hoping the wording on this spoiler is wrong and it isn't a screeching Sami dealing with Rafe we see.
 
LOL, Gabi thinks Chad (who evidently did not return to Florida) of being "interested" in Gwen??? Boy, cocky Gabi really is on a roll, isn't she? Already taunted Chad about his "crazy, whackadoodle" wife".......(which was such a mean, cruel thing to do), crashed Lani's wedding to brag about being free, stalked Jake, bargains with Vivian, hides all of it from Rafe, of course, badgers the lab people. She prances around everywhere as tho she owns the town. For sure I want Stefan not only dead, but not even a DiMera!

Oh, come now, Robin. You know that's exactly what we're going to see. She's the queen of screech.
 
Maybe not......since she does that free for all into the wedding cake with Nicole. She is a grandmother already, acting like a bratty teenager, one would she would have grown up by now.

Kate gets the serum for Vivian from Dr. Rolf? [Why is Kate helping the likes of Vivian? If Abe finds out, he ought to fire her from her City Hall job ASAP.]

Wednesday July 15:
Gabi and Jake wait impatiently for the serum to kick in. [Why would Jake want to turn into Stefan Zero? Why go from being a useful mechanic to being a worthless, perverted DiMera? And why do anything that would make him Vivian's son and Gabi's husband? Gwen isn't perfect, but she's a lot better choice than the truly awful Gabi. As for Vivian, even Kate or Sami would be preferable as a mother.]

Thursday July 16:
Eric and Nicole celebrate their first night as a married couple. [They actually made it through the wedding ceremony? That's two successful Salem weddings in a row, which must be some kind of record.]

Friday July 17:
Sami orders Rafe to turn down Allie’s offer. [Rafe should tell Granny Sami to go back to her Charmin-wrapped smoochy-moochy, EJ.]

I don't hold out much hope Sami will ever grow up. She's got a "self-absorbed" flaw that can't be fixed.

I wonder if Gabi's father will have anything to say to her?
 
All of you just love to bash Sami, but to no avail. Sami is the most complex character on the show. Happy to hear that Sami is showing up. She has every right to talk to her daughter. Sami has been through this when she was young. We all know how that eventually ended. Will is Samantha's pride and joy. Sami is passionate about everything and come hell or high water, will try her best to do what she thinks is the right thing in her mind, no matter how she goes about it. This is who she is.
 
Don't think "all" of us feel or react the same when it comes to any character. There ARE various characters on Days that are liked when they first appear, maybe for a while, but then they do something, fall into a pattern that turns off some of the fans. I.E. Maggie was a very well liked character for a very long time. Then she became a nosy busybody, and then, not only married the town Greek godfather, but ignores or overlooks the evil things he does, seemingly ...it doesn't really bother her.

That is what happened (to me) to Sami. Yes, she was passionate about things, but never stopped to think how wrong she was in what she was doing,......from selling her baby sister on the black market, pretending Austin was the father of Will, when it was Lucas, and then marrying the man who raped her...at gunpoint. Yep, she, too, married a man who had done many evil things, & is sooo devoted to him, she has ignored her children, their needs, to spend all her time with EJ. Yes, some viewers/fans ignore all of it....some don't. Some still love her, some no longer do.
 
Gabi was likable at first. She has turned into a screeching horror who can't understand why Jake isn't interested. Seriously, why would Jake be interested in a screechy, desperate woman who is humiliating herself every time she opens her mouth. If Jake turns out to be Stefan0, he needs to run out of Salem as fast as he can to save himself!
