12/13/2023 - Donuts and a cloudy day

We have those annoying high thin clouds.... and wind... we "might" get rain later in the week, the western part of the state is going to get rain, that is good for them.
Today the local chain grocery store is giving seniors 5% off their purchase of goods, as a Christmas present.... so I'll be shopping later today. I have to shop one day this week, might as well save 5%.

I hope everyone is taking care of themselves and having a good Wednesday.....

Sunny and 46 now, started out around 34. Will warm up a bit on the weekend then drop again.

Robin: Good luck with the discount. Here, they give 10% off in many local stores to seniors on Wednesdays.

It's sunny and close to 60 this afternoon. It was in the 30s this morning when I walked.

I went back to Kohl's today and returned two things from last week. The purse I bought wasn't
something I could use. I liked the flower pattern on it but it was too big. I found a 40% coupon
in my email this morning so I bought a couple things. The purse I bought today should be better.
After lunch, I raked two cans of needles and two cans of leaves.

I'm so sorry for your grief, Sexton and Mrs. Clean. Losing a mother is a lonely kind of sadness.
