Asking my fellow Spectatorites for prayers for my cousin's husband.
My cousin learned yesterday that her husband, a disabled veteran, has been put on the VA list for a double lung transplant. The doctors' main concern at this time is that the preparatory tests and travel back and forth to University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center may be too hard on him.
My cousin is happy that her husband will have a chance to live, but is also torn because it means that someone else has to lose a loved one to make it happen.
