What happened to John Black's company Basic Black?

He is still running it, now they need to take down EJ Steffy and Kristen for embessling all those fund because I am sure she had something to do with that while she was off in Europe as part of her revenge against John and Marlena

When this question was asked, almost two years ago, Basic Black hadn't been mentioned for quite awhile.
