Here's a list of the 47 births that have taken place on "Days of Our Lives" since its debut in 1965. The list includes all on-camera births, as well as those mothers who went into labor on-camera, but whose birth scenes were not shown. The more-detailed list includes who the parents are, where the babies were born, and who delivered the babies. Plus, you can also watch video clips of 34 of the 47 births! It's weird how it seems the children who stay on canvas longer seem to keep the same younger age. As opposed to the children who leave and off canvas for years, are SORASed twice there original age. It wouldn't surprise me if Claire returns to Salem and is a teenager before Ciara.

That means Will is older than his stepfather EJ. And Theo, who is still a child, is older than JJ, who is in college? Do the writers not have access to character bios? That's messed up.

I hate SORAS so much, you all have no idea!! (Well some of you may, LOL.)

But it would bother me less if it were consistent. I actually stopped watching the show for 3 years when Belle/Shawn-D/Philip were suddenly the same age. (And not just as each other, but as me!!) It was just too insulting to me as a long-time viewer.

I would not be surprised if in the future we get an Allie recast that's older than Johnny, and they're un-twinned. I seriously would not expect less from Days' continuity department.

The Bold and The Beautiful had identical twins girls (Phoebe and Steffy) played by identical twin actresses from birth until they were teens. Then one day, they hired two non-related actresses and all of the sudden, Phoebe and Steffy were fraternal twins instead of identical twins.

Another World did that with Marley and Victoria. The same actress always played both roles (except for one very brief period in the mid 80's when Rhonda Lewin played Victoria only, for a nano-second). Then at some point, they brought back Ellen Wheeler to reprise her role as Marley while Jensen Buchanan still played Victoria. It was explained that Marley was burned in an accident, which is why they were no longer identical, but left out the fact that Marley was now about a foot taller than Victoria. Then I believe they were referred to as fraternal twins instead of identical. LOL

Identical twins actually don't have to be the same height but I get your point JS.

Jason, that is similar to what they did with Sami and Eric. Sami was aged to a teen about 5 years before Eric. He was offscreen in Colorado.

But we have to pretend that Eric was also aged while living in Colorado. Once Jensen Ackles was cast as Eric, the twins were still the same age.
Identical twins actually don't have to be the same height but I get your point JS.
It was just funny because the roles of Marley and Vicky were always played by the same actress, so the twins were identical in every way for 10-15 years. Then one day, BAM... Marley is a foot taller! It was ridiculous.
