Days of Our Lives - Fri., Apr. 17, 2015

I was bouncing from my office to the living room watching too, JS. I missed those also (let's say 'avoided'). I don't really want to see them. I did catch Jen "hoping that JJ and Paige would take things slow". Yeah, Jen- you've basically given your royal seal of approval that this teen romance is the be-all-end-all for JJ and you want restraint??? Just ridiculous.
 
I haven't watched and probably won't lol. I barely made it through yesterdays' fine specimen of drama :sarcasm: so my comment is based solely on what the summary lol.

Eve says JJ wouldn't do that to her Paige LOL. Has she forgotten what JJ did with Paige's MOM?! If that wasn't off the table, nothing is!

After years of Kate stabbing him in the back, Lucas deserves everything he gets for trusting her yet again. It wasn't that long ago she forced Sheryl out of town even though she knew Lucas cared about her. Even a toddler learns not to touch a hot stove after being burned once. By now, I'd expect Lucas to be smarter than your average toddler.
 
On yesterday's episode, JJ and Paige talked about it being her first time and whether she was ready. However, I did not hear anything about protection. Granted I was not fully tuned in however, I did perk up specifically to hear if they talked about protection as I'm guessing Paige and/or Eve will end up pregnant.

I have no words anymore for how forced and unentertaining the Daniel and Nicole scenes are. This couple has no chemistry whatsoever and furthermore has nothing in common. And Nicole's self-respect has been sacrificed at the hands of this sanctimonious pig. Please let TPTB fix the travesty (see what I did there Jason) of breaking up Eric and Nicole and find a way for them to work their way, slowly back to one another.
 
Oooooh Eve was a hot mess in today's episode. She looked like the drunk chick at prom who gets snubbed for her prettier younger sister, in this case her daughter. Eve clearly feels awful about her attraction to JJ in which she is trying to denial in hate and anger, figuring if he was out of their lives she can forget what happened and move on with Paige letting go of JJ.

But it's also selfish on Eve's part for one the affair, trying to break up JJ and Paige multiple times, and now using Cole as a way to get JJ away. Truth be told.....I feel Eve may fall weak and sleep with Cole....in which he may tell Paige out of his frustration JJ is with Paige which could lead to the reveal of JJ and Eve.

As for Kate......I don't think Lucas will know right away she "accidently opportunist like" told Victor about Adrienne and Lucas. At first Victor wasn't much that interested but curious. However DUH of course hearing that rumor I am sure Victor asked Henderson if Lucas has been by, in which Henderson may have said yes with Adrienne and Lucas asked if anyone else was home. DING! Bulb light for Victor to know Lucas is in the same room as Adrienne's with the door locked which of course Victor was confirmed it was true, why else would Adrienne's door be shut if Lucas was the only other person in the mansion then Henderson.

As for Kate I feel she may suffer in a different way and be stuck with Clyde, he could offer her a small fortune to start another company in exchange for her hand in marriage. Similar to Stefano and Kate.

If Rory's tougher-than-nails mom learned of this, she just might break Eve into little pieces. Sure she didn't care when her son was arrested, but having him hit on by a lunatic like Eve would be just too much.

Lock the door?? Really?? Nobody in Salem ever locks the door. If he had chosen to do so, could there be any doubt that Victor would have been able to walk right in on the "guilt-free" lovers today?
 
If only if Jennifer could catch Abigail in bed with her affairs as much as lately Jennifer keeps catching JJ in the middle of having sex with his girlfriend and girlfriends mother/ex rival from highschool. Maybe Jennifer wouldve saved Abby from so much drama if she had been more around but no seems she catches her son JJ in his backwards horizon movements.

I personally wouldn't mind Abigail finding out about the Eve and JJ affair which would land her going after Eve and Paige to be curious why Abigail isn't handling her own sexual promiscuity. As much as we see Abigail having sex with Ben, she makes Kate look like the Virgin Mary after being a known prostitute for Stefano.

I really feel Abby may have a affair with Chad and Ben may end up like Clyde and be physically abusive towards Abby and she'll defend him battered wife syndrome. I hate men hitting women but I do see that being a storyline.
 
I finally saw Friday's show.

It would be great if Victor didn't give Lucas's job to Kate,
then what she did was for nothing.

I hope Lucas is smart enough to figure out Kate was the one
who told the secret. I can't believe Lucas though she would
keep it. He should know by now she only thinks about herself.

No one mentioned Xander's line "Beware of Greek's bearing gifts" and
in this case people should be of him.

Nice to see Rafe, but he needs his own story line.

Also, why are they having Eve act like JJ is some evil villain who is going to completely corrupt her daughter or sell her into the porn industry. That was some serious over-acting in that last scene.
 
Eve and Jen couldn't really have believed that JJ and Paige wouldn't have sex sooner rather than later? Paige doesn't think she deserves better and JJ jumped out of bed with Eve and started chasing Paige before he even took a shower.

Nicole will accept anything Dan gives her.
