Just under 40 minutes. Two sets (one cramped, one spacious) with most of the action. Hard to keep a summary flow!!

St Luke's - The priest is performing the ceremony on Jude, whom Melinda is holding. Cramped in this half-set are Melinda, Sloan, Roman, Brady, Jeannie T, Eric, Nicole, Leo, Marlena, John, EJ, and Holly. (It's the temporary Sloan.) Leo interrupts (the group wonders why he's there) but doesn't spill the beans (Sloan breathes more easily); he claims he is covering the story for the Spectator and that Jude is awesome. The group laughs. Jude is now in Brady's arms, the ceremony continues, John needs some air. Marlena follows.

Serenity House Salem, Tate's Room - Tate and his journal recap his situation with Holly, and some of their misadventures.

Shrubby Area - John blah-blahs about his guilt. Marlena reminds him Konstantin forgave him.

St Luke's - The crowd disperses; Jeannie T is going to visit Tate. Leo is scolded by Melinda. Nicole and EJ head to DiMansion to set up. Later, Holly is doing something with the candles while Melinda, Sloan, and Eric admire Jude. Eric stays as the others go to the car. Eric talks to Holly; he promises to keep her confidence if she tells him a secret.

Serenity House Salem, Visiting Room - Jeannie T visits Tate. They talk about Brady (Tate thinks he'll be a good godfather). She shows him a picture of the ceremony and he scrolls in her phone. She says he shouldn't look for pictures of Holly. He's looking for a picture of Alex. Jeannie T says they broke up. Tate blames himself and the time she's had to take away from Alex because of him. Jeannie T denies this. He wants his mom to be happy.

DiMansion Stoop - Nicole and EJ talk. The ceremony was hard for her but she made it through. Nicole is worried about Holly, who seemed sad.

A shrubby statue area - Leo passes Sloan and Melinda and they rehash the scheme. They discuss Leo's reasoning for not lowering the boom, with barbs tossed between Sloan and Leo.

DiMansion Living Area - Steve talks to John and Marlena. (Kayla got stuck at the hospital.) Roman, Nicole, and EJ are moving around the room as well. Roman comes over to Steve, John, and Marlena and tells us that Kate's here. Roman asks about a ballgame and John bolts. On the other side of the room, John mutters about the evil Stefano, and EJ comes over to insult him. Marlena steps in, thanks EJ for hosting. EJ assumes he's the reason Sami's not here. Marlena says, "Sami has a friend who just lost her husband" so she had to stay with her (who knew Sami could have a friend and keep her?). Belle is with Shawn-D. John talks about how the evil the DiMeras are, like EJ's brother who pushed drugs on the street. John half-threatens EJ. EJ smirks. Marlena and John scoot away. Nicole reacts.

St Luke's - Holly tells Eric that as he probably suspects, the drugs on which she overdosed were hers. He tells her she has to unburden herself and Tate by revealing this; Eric believes Nicole can handle it. Sloan enters with Jude in a carseat and says it's time to go.

DiMansion Living Area - Steve/John are talking in the background and Marlena/Roman are laughing nearby as Brady enters the foreground and talks to Nicole. Nicole tells him Kristen will not be near the festivities; he is glad but was hoping to see Rachel. They talk about how hard it is for Nicole since her baby died. Later, Steve and Roman are wondering where the guests of honor are and what is going on. Leo enters. Roman asks about the scene at the christening? Leo deflects, zips away from his side of the room. Marlena and Nicole talk about Holly, who arrives.

DiMansion Living Area - Steve and John discuss Steve's past with Victor as well as Stefano. Steve reminds John of when he was Steve-a-no and almost killed John. (Brady and Leo are chatting behind them, no updates on what on earth they'd be talking about.) John wishes he could have saved "that young woman" (no update on the CC spelling). Holly swipes a champagne glass and goes outside; Leo watches. Outside, Holly is almost caught as Eric/Melinda/Jude/Sloan arrive.

DiMansion Living Area - Marlena asks EJ if Johnny and Chanel will be there? Her wedding present for them finally arrived. EJ tells of their night at the Salem Inn. On the other side of the room, Roman jokes with John and Steve that a house full of happy Bradys must be making Stefano turn over in his grave. John is affected and stalks off; Roman asks Steve what's going on? Steve says it's not his story to tell. Holly, Eric, Jude, Sloan, and Melinda enter. There was a diaper emergency. Jude fusses. Nicole takes him and he quiets. Sloan and Melinda react.

Serenity House Salem Visitor Room - Tate is looking at pictures of the ceremony. He thinks Uncle Eric looks happy but Nicole looks sad. Jeannie T talks about Nicole's baby dying.

DiMansion Living Area - Nicole gives Jude back to Sloan. Sloan says the day was perfect as the camera focuses from her to Leo. Brady toasts Jude and his parents. Nicole wonders where Holly is. Outside, Holly has been drinking and calls Serenity House Salem pretending to be Jeannie T.

Serenity House Salem Visitor Area - A worker answers the phone and tells Tate he has a call from his mother. Jeannie T reacts and takes the call.

DiMansion - Roman tells Eric that Kate is packing up the leftovers for donation to a food bank. Steve takes his leave. John and Marlena come over and take their leave. Roman leaves. Sloan brings the baby over to Eric and thinks it's time to go. In the background, Holly reenters. Eric needs to take a minute. Sloan is upset and Leo is listening on. He moves over to the couple and offers to take Sloan and Jude home so Eric can stay a minute. Eric agrees, tells Leo to get the carseat, and then looks at Holly.

Pub - Kate and Roman arrive (no idea why we didn't see her at the DiMansion). Kate wishes the reception had been here. Steve arrives to drink. Roman thinks it's early, suspects it has something to do with John. Steve confirms.

St Luke's - John lights candles and recalls when he was a priest and what he would tell his parishioners, and all the lies he has believed and continues to believe about himself. Marlena walks in as he is asking for a way to get through this. She comes over to him and says they'll get through this together.

Peterson-Brady Apartment - Leo talks about what a perfect day it was and how much love there is for Jude with Sloan and Melinda (Sloan says Jude is sleeping). More barbs between the swappers and their ex-post-facto conspirator.

Serenity House Salem Visitors Room - Jeannie T demands to know who is calling Tate; she has ordered no more phone calls for him. Tate plays dumb. Jeannie T figures out it's Holly and gets mad because of the restraining order. Tate admits she's called him before.

DiMansion Living Area - Brady re-enters and wonders where everyone has gone. EJ snipes that the party is over. Brady starts to leave and tells Holly he's going to visit Tate. This angers EJ. Eric is looking on. EJ and Brady start to escalate their verbal assaults; Holly stops them and says that she OD'd on drugs that were hers. We get to see each grown-up's (Nicole, EJ, Eric, Brady) reaction. END

The looks on Melinda and Sloan's face when Leo starts to speak. They looked like they were about to have a massive heart attack. I can't wait for the REAL reveal. I want us to find out that Eric is the dad too.

Holly's reveal was worthy of a Friday cliffhanger. I hope I get to watch on Monday. I want to see the fallout of this reveal.

Boy, Leo really did seem like he was gonna squeal on the trio of liars (Melinda, Sloan & himself) and reveal the truth about Jude's parentage, but he managed to cover with his bumbling chatter. That poor priest kept trying to resume, get his place back, but Leo just kept pushing him to the side.

Leo was so disrespectful of the church, the priest.......he should have been physically escorted from the area.

But then, the writers & director were remiss for even having the scene be done where it was. My opinion.

Leo was admitting his cover-up to the concerned parties involved, not to a priest. But yes, it was being in the church that got his conscience headed in the right direction, BEFORE the christening occurred. As I said, my opinion.. Leo was not confessing to the priest. I just did not like the holy church being used that way. Leo could have stopped the service, saying he needed to talk to Nicole & EJ privately OUTSIDE. You can bet Sloan & Trask would have tried to stop him..........heck, he then could have whispered into the priest's ear the truth he wanted to spill. Priest probably would have then halted it all, asking Sloan, EJ, Nicole & Eric to come into the side room, where Leo could tell all. Sure, probably not as soapy as most would like......

I want to see Ejerk FORCED to apologize to Tate publicly. If Ejerk is the DA, then what is Melinda's job?

I believe the DiMeras use Leroy Jethro Gibbs' rule of never saying I'm sorry, as it's a sign of weakness. So it if we get an apology at all, it will be a weak one and not heartfelt.

When Paulina became mayor, her first official act was to fire Melinda as Melinda brought the case against Chanel for killing Sloan's father in London. A bit out of her jurisdiction, then after walking that back, she brought more charges against Chanel for the bakery.

Melinda is now in private practice as an adoption specialist. Or for whatever specialist da plot requires.

I wonder how Theresa is going to react when she hears Holly's confession? She may try to kill her and have to be pulled off of her. And, clearly, since Holly is still sneaking drinks, she needs to go back to rehab. Or take Tate's spot at Serenity House.

Sloan is a vindictive witch. I can't wait to see her go down like she was hit by a tsunami. Melinda too.

I hope when Paulina gets back in office she fires Ejerk for abuse of power. I guess Justin would be the only lawyer to step into the role of DA. Then Ejerk can slink off in absolute disgrace

In case you haven't already figured it out, I absolutely despise Ejerk.

So many times I wonder why I still watch this show. But I know why. Because it's my last soap. Use to watch All My Children, One Life to Live and Days, and now I just have Days. You know, I actually like Leo but despise that he is not telling Nicole her baby is alive and being cared for by that wicked Sloan.

Leo, Sloan and Melinda talk about the baby-stealing a lot out in the open so I'm hoping someone finally overhears them. I was hoping Sloan's guilt would get to her and when Leo interrupted, would just confess. But she's too wicked for that. Probably doesn't feel guilty either.

Really tired of whiny John.

Roman, the Royals and the Rangers? I think Days is strictly a Cubs fan! As am I!

Finally Holly confesses! But sneaking drinks? Apparently she needs help which I hope they get her.

Change of writers, change of baseball teams I guess.

From the conversation, are we to think Sami is in town? Or that she's become empathic enough to want to help a friend overcome the loss of someone? Sami pass up a chance to goad EJ and Nicole, pick at Eric and his bride? Nice to finally know that Belle is with Shawn. That's what I thought but last we "knew" he left to seek treatment with his Dad and she was still working in town.

Thanks Jason for writing this up. I hope the confession continue Monday. I hope story movement returns sooner rather than later.

Thanks, Jason.

Poor John. He's really down in the dumps. I laughed when he told God he wasn't really a priest.

Poor Kate. She had to stay with the kitchen staff and miss everything.

Good to hear Belle is with Shawn, and Sami is helping a friend somewhere.

Very odd Steve went to the party without Kayla. He seemed out of place. But he had to be there
for John. Will Steve talk to Roman what's going on?

Did Leo return Eric's car keys after he took out the baby seat?

Great cliffhanger with Holly finally admitting the truth that they were her drugs. Will EJ try to make a big
deal about it? What will Nicole do?

John may or may not need to learn how to finish his sentences, but he badly needs a crash course in the concepts of free will and informed consent. Steve and Marlena badly need a break from his self indulgent guilt trip.

Fallen Father Eric should be restored to the priesthood so that real priests won’t be exposed to the rude treatment and overall nonsense that were inflicted on the priest who was trying to baptize Baby Jude. That poor man earned several points toward sainthood today.

Now that Tater Tot has been exonerated, idiot EJ has only Xander to pick on in an effort to look like a big shot. What happens once the X-Man’s innocence is established? Will the egotistical D.A. try to turn every petty offense into the crime of the century in an effort to look important? (E.g., “D.A. DiMera Declares War on Litterers and the Publicly Intoxicated!”)

Well thank goodness the truth is out about Holly! I wouldn't want poor Tate suffering any longer, and I know that Holly doesn't want that either. She made a terrible mistake, but I'm glad she had difficulty in doing so and spilled it all sooner rather than later. I do wish the truth about Jude came out, but I can see they'd like to wait a bit more for that. All in all, hard to complain about this episode, although John's whining is getting a bit annoying.

Thanks for the write-up.
