I hope so. It's hard enough to believe she's living with Stefan, but Ben? That's too much of a stretch. But then we're supposed to believe Abby is desperate enough to do anything to get out of Bayview. (Chad or her family sure isn't trying to help her) So I wouldn't be surprised.
